These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Document Parser ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our OCR and document parsing services (the "Service").

By creating an account, uploading documents, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

AI Document Parser provides OCR (Optical Character Recognition) services that extract text, tables, formulas, and other content from images and PDF documents using AI technology, specifically PaddleOCR.

Account Creation: You may use our service as a guest (limited free credits) or create an account via Google OAuth for full access.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and on our website. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Refunds: Credits are generally non-refundable except in cases of technical errors on our part. Contact support for refund requests.

Violations: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the documents you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing OCR services.

Our Content: The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, and trademarks, is owned by AI Document Parser and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Extracted Results: You own the OCR results generated from your documents. We do not claim any ownership over the extracted text or data.

Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

Accuracy: Our AI achieves approximately 98% accuracy, but we do not guarantee perfect results. Accuracy depends on document quality, language, and complexity.

File Limitations:

• Maximum file size: 10MB
• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, BMP, PDF
• Processing time: Typically 3-8 seconds

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Document Parser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits are non-refundable.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• Abuse of the Service

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and all data may be deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
